I
am a soul trapped in a body. I’ve heard that a few times before and I liked it.
I’m not sure if I believe it though. I mean where would I be without my body? I
would be nowhere….and everywhere. Odd thought. I need my body. I’m busy. No I
take that back, my brain is busy. Maybe I don’t need my body? I get
very stressed out very easily, and when provoked I will cry, not even for
reasons of consequence. Once I climbed to the top of a mountain and cried. I am
not a mountain man though, I am a teenage girl who went on a mission trip.
When
I was younger I was a mountain lady. I was also a mermaid, a lion, a fairy, a
Dalmatian, pop star, princess, but let’s face it I’m still a princess! I act
like one sometimes, and I get to dress up like one for homecoming, and
prom, so it counts.
I
am outgoing. I am also shy. Depends on the day.
I
am confusing. So much so that I confuse myself some of the time.
I
am black and I am blue, because of all the bruises I get from being clumsy.
Hey!
I’m clumsy!
I’m
a neat freak and very well organized. I am also messy and untidy when people
can’t see.
I’m
very weird, which some people would say makes me normal. I like to think I’m
different from everyone else. A fruit loop in a world full of cheerios. A Van
Gogh in a class full of elementary art students.
I am a student. I am also a helpful smile, a hand to feed hungry, little mouths, a singer, a dancer, a good friend.
To the kids I babysit, I am Erika or Miss Erika. (pronounced; Air-Weka) I am also their friend, their care giver for a few hours, and their entertainment.
I am a sister, daughter, and friend.
My Blog is about performing arts. Including; acting, singing, speech, show choir, marching band, color guard, because I am in all of these things. I find them all interesting.
I am done now.
Thanks J
